We’ve got several convenient payment options for you! You can pay your rent online, via WIPS, with a money order, or by check. Choose the method that works best for you! We do not accept cash.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, contact Xcel Energy with your new address for electricity. All other utilities are managed through Conservice and will be applied to your ledger.

You can use Xfinity for Internet and cable services.

Our property offers a variety of amenities, including community laundry, vending machines, a 24-hour gym, walking trails, outdoor green space, a large sand-bottom pool, an outdoor diving pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and playgrounds.

Yes, outdoor parking is available for free. We also offer underground parking for $75 per month per space.

We provide shared on-site laundry facilities, with two rooms—one in each wing—featuring six washers and six dryers each.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly! While there is no pet park on-site, we have plenty of outdoor space for you and your pets to enjoy.

Location

Our community's prime location near Hwy 169 and I-494 ensures an easy commute to major employers like Southdale Medical Center. Plus, when it’s time to unwind, Eden Prairie Mall and Downtown Minneapolis are just minutes away.

We are located in the Eden Prairie School District.

The nearest grocery stores include Aldi, Lunds & Byerlys, Cub Foods, Costco, Walmart, and Target, all located within a short distance from our community.

Maintenance

Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.

You can submit a work order online through Rent Café portal.

No, you do not need to be present for the service technician to complete the work.
